Originally from the Midwest, Marianne happily made the decision to call Southwest Florida home in the early 90s and has never looked back! She considers herself to be a Floridian through and through, and has 30+ years of experience in sales and marketing with extensive experience in helping first-time home buyers, seasoned investors, and sellers make their real estate dreams a reality. She defines class and hospitality while bringing a genuine passion for service to every transaction she represents. She takes great pride in understanding her customers’ big-picture goals and the ability to advise them in ways that produce noteworthy results.  

When she isn’t giving her all to the Real Estate industry, she can be found enjoying all of the amazing things our community has to offer. She enjoys tennis, the beach, live music, and dancing!
