internally promoted Nicole Hogue, former vice president of marketing, into the role of
senior vice president of its holding company, overseeing numerous aspects of the
company’s growth. Alongside Tiffany McQuaid, the company’s founder, and author of
‘The Inth Degree: How to Stand Out By Going All IN,’ national speaker, and real estate
industry leader, Hogue will leverage her time and talent to sustainably and intentionally
manage growth and diversification.

Mass Communications, Public Interest Communications, and Branding. She brings
previous franchise experience, over eight years of marketing experience, and ten-plus
years of leadership experience in her new role.
